Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jane Win pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Please note that custom engraved pieces and final sale items are considered permanent additions to your collection and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original branded pouch and box to ensure it stays protected during transit, including all original tags.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
